Levex Builds on International Festival Success With New Collaboration “Get It”
Austrian bass house producer Levex is steadily carving out his place in the international electronic music scene, pairing melodic tension with powerful basslines and a sharp, club-focused sound. Based in Vienna, he has spent the past several years developing a distinct production style that has led to releases on respected labels including Monstercat, STMPD RCRDS, Dim Mak, and Hysteria. Along the way, his music has gained support from established names such as Martin Garrix, Timmy Trumpet, Julian Jordan, Dr. Fresch, Henry Fong, and 4B.
That growing recognition has extended well beyond his releases. Levex has built an increasingly visible presence across Europe’s electronic music circuit, bringing his bass house sound to festivals and venues including Electric Love Festival, Danube Island Festival, Bootshaus, Lovestream Festival, Papaya Club, and Vienna’s renowned Prater Dome, where he continues to hold a residency. Through both his original productions and remixes, he has developed an artistic identity that remains rooted in bass house while continuing to evolve with each release.
Following his recent Monstercat collaboration “Shine” with Nostalgix, Levex now turns his attention to “Get It,” his latest collaboration with Costa Rican producer Disto. Arriving August 21 via Dutch imprint Bass House Music, the track brings their respective styles together through driving grooves, euphoric melodic builds, and hard-hitting drops built for the dancefloor.
The story behind “Get It” began nearly two years ago, when Levex and Disto started developing the record through a series of online studio sessions. Rather than remaining tied to its original form, the track continued to take shape as the pair revisited and refined the production before eventually finding its home on Bass House Music. The finished record reflects the chemistry between both producers while maintaining the precision and intensity at the core of their individual sounds.
Even before its official release, “Get It” has become an important part of Levex’s live sets. He has used the unreleased track to open his festival performances throughout the summer, giving audiences an early introduction to the collaboration and generating anticipation among fans before its arrival on streaming platforms.
“Get It” arrives at a time when Levex’s career is extending across multiple corners of the electronic music landscape. From releases on internationally recognized labels and support from prominent DJs to appearances throughout Europe’s festival and club circuit, his trajectory reflects an artist steadily translating a defined musical identity into a broader international presence.
“Get It” will be released worldwide via Bass House Music on August 21 and is already available for pre-save across all major streaming platforms.
